Return Policy

All merchants must offer a 30-day return window per the current The HiO Life return policy. If you choose to recover the returned item (there is optionality to allow the customer to keep/recycle/donate product), the return will go back to the merchant’s distribution center and the cost of return shipping is covered by the merchant.

  • The HiO Life’s customer care team will handle the return process including responding to respond inquiries, generating a return shipping label on the merchant’s behalf, and managing the refund process
  • The HiO Life will use its shipping account and will select the lowest cost shipping option
  • The return will be routed to the merchant’s distribution center as specified in Mirakl
  • The HiO Life will issue a refund to the customer once the returned product has been delivered to the merchant’s distribution center.
  • If, upon inspecting the returned item, the returned item is not as expected, please reach out to the Verified Shops team – we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly
  • Merchants will be invoiced at the end of the month for return shipping costs.
  • Merchants will get emails both when a return is created and when it is delivered to their warehouse

If on the Shopify connector, returns will be reflected in the Merchant’s Shopify within 2 hours of the return being processed.
